The abortion issue has been resolved and now state legislature have the opportunity to address the abortion issue in whatever way they see fit. The abortion issue has now been relegated to lawmakers in the individual states. We no longer have a ‘one size fits all’ national abortion mandate in a Roe. we see democracy in action now that the abortion issue is being addressed by elected representatives in each of the states.
